About Safe Foundations QLD
Building brighter futures for children, young people and families across Queensland
We provide caring, strengths-based support—assessments, youth mentoring, in-home family support, supervised family contact and family group meetings—so families can move forward with clarity and safety.
Our purpose
Safe, practical support that fits real family life
Safe Foundations QLD exists to help families strengthen safety, routines and relationships—at home, in the community and through structured contact services.
We work alongside parents, carers and young people, and we partner with referring agencies to provide clear communication, timely reporting and respectful, culturally aware practice.
