How it works
A clear, supportive process
We tailor each visit to the child’s needs and any court or agency requirements, with clear communication and respectful boundaries.
1. Referral & intake
We receive your referral and gather key information, including any orders, safety considerations and preferred contact arrangements.
2. Planning & preparation
We confirm venue, frequency and expectations, and complete any required risk screening so everyone understands the plan.
3. Supervised contact visit
Trained staff support safe, child-focused interaction and respond to concerns in the moment, keeping the visit structured and calm.
4. Notes & reporting
We provide clear session notes and, where requested, reporting aligned to the referral purpose and any agreed timeframes.
